According to the LGPD, the termination of personal data processing by Evoluir will occur in the following hypotheses:

• verification that the purpose has been achieved or that the data is no longer necessary or relevant to achieving the specific desired purpose;
• end of the processing period;
• communication from the data subject, when applicable, of the revocation of consent, safeguarding the public interest; or determination by the national authority, when there is a violation of personal data protection.
• if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

Evoluir processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with its legal basis. Upon termination of processing, personal data will be deleted, and their retention is authorized in situations provided for in current legislation.


RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

The personal data subject who uses the Evoluir Portal may, at any time and through a specific request, obtain information about the processing of their personal data, guaranteed the following rights:

1. confirmation of the existence of processing;
2. access to information about the processing of their data, which must be provided clearly, adequately, and overtly regarding, among other characteristics provided for in regulation for compliance with the principle of free access to the specific purpose of the processing: form and duration of the processing, identification of the controller, contact information of the controller, and responsibilities of the agents who will carry out the processing;
3. correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.

Furthermore, the personal data subject may file a complaint with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) regarding issues not resolved by the controller.
